Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Zones

• Lagos: doorstep delivery across the Lagos mainland and island.
• Nationwide Nigeria: delivery to all 36 states and the FCT through our courier partners.
• International: worldwide delivery to select destinations, calculated at checkout.

2. Lead Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times after processing are:

• Lagos: 1–3 business days.
• Other states in Nigeria: 3–7 business days.
• International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Made-to-order and custom-tailored native wear may require additional production time, which we will communicate when you order.

3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over ₦100,000 within Nigeria. International shipping and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation with tracking details by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel to your door. You can also check your order status from your OOBIUKU account.

5. Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or no one was available to receive the parcel, our courier will attempt to reach you to reschedule. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being returned to us, and a re-delivery fee may apply.

6. Issues & Contact
