These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the OOBIUKU CLOTHING online store. OOBIUKU CLOTHING is a registered Nigerian business name (Business Name No. BN2572244), operated by our proprietor Obiuku Ozioma. By using our store you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order with OOBIUKU CLOTHING, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or using the store under the supervision of a parent or guardian) and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the store only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate account and delivery information. 3. Orders & Payment
- Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) as our primary currency and in US Dollars (USD). The currency and amount charged are confirmed at checkout.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by Nigerian law; any additional duties or customs charges on international orders are your responsibility.
- Payments are handled securely by our third-party payment processor, TransactPay. We do not store your full card or bank details.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We may cancel an order and issue a refund if an item is unavailable or if we detect an error in pricing or a suspected fraudulent transaction.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this store — including the OOBIUKU CLOTHING name, logos, product designs, photography, graphics, and text — is owned by or licensed to OOBIUKU CLOTHING and is protected under Nigerian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and cancellations for our physical goods are handled in line with our Refund Policy. Please review it before placing an order. Delivery timelines and rates are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OOBIUKU CLOTHING is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the store or from delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable Nigerian consumer protection law. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised Terms and update the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the store means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
